1. Eligibility for Refund

 

You may request a full refund with 72 hours.

 

Refund requests must be made in writing (via email or website contact form).

 

2. No Refund After Submission

 

Once your application has been officially filed, no refund will be granted.

 

This applies even if CNIPA later rejects, delays, or raises objections to your application.

 

3. Processing of Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the order.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

Government filing fees, once paid, cannot be refunded.

 

Services already rendered (such as trademark searches or reports) are non-refundable.
