At tmregisterchina.com, a service operated by Gomax Group, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory trademark registration experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied or need to cancel your order, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.

 

1. General Refund Terms

  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as our team has not yet begun processing your application.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@tmregisterchina.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 15 business days to the original payment method.

 

2. Service Package-Specific Refund Policy

2.1 Self-registration Package and Business registration Package

  • You may request a full refund in 72 hours before the trademark application is officially submitted to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).

  • After official submission, the service is considered rendered and is no longer refundable.

2.2 Worry-Free Service Package

  • This package includes additional legal support and trademark monitoring.

  • You may cancel and request a refund as long as the application has not yet been officially submitted to CNIPA.

  • Once submitted, the service becomes non-refundable due to administrative and third-party costs already incurred.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Government filing fees once the application has been submitted

  • Completed name search reports or classification advice already delivered

  • Services rendered more than 24 hours prior to cancellation without notice

 

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and banking system.

  • If you do not receive your refund within 20 business days, please contact us.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

Please send your refund request to info@tmregisterchina.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund

  • Confirmation that the trademark application has not yet been submitted (if applicable)

We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days.
